Unlike a Medical Power of Attorney, which addresses healthcare decisions, the DPOA focuses solely on financial and legal responsibilities, providing peace of mind and legal clarity for you and your loved ones.

Notarial Acts We Offer:

• Acknowledgement: Verify signatures and confirm the signer's understanding of the document.
• Jurat: Ensure the signer swears or affirms the truthfulness of the document's contents.
• Certified Copy: Provide an official copy of a document.

Pricing:

• State-Regulated Fee: $10.00 per notarial act
• State-Regulated Mileage Fee: $67.0 cents per mile (round trip)
• Witness Fee: $35.00

Additional fees apply during Federal Holidays, after 10 PM, and on weekends. A $25.00 fee per 15 minutes will be charged for wait times if we are delayed.
