Meet Adam Alexander

Experienced. Detail-Oriented. Trusted With Every Signature.

When a document matters, the person handling the signing matters, too.

I’m Adam Alexander, owner of Adam’s Express Notary Services, LLC, a Chandler, Arizona-based mobile notary and Certified Loan Signing Agent serving individuals, families, title and escrow companies, attorneys, and estate-planning professionals throughout the Phoenix East Valley.

With more than 3,000 completed signings, I bring hands-on experience, careful attention to detail, and a client-first approach to every appointment. Whether I’m facilitating a real estate closing, notarizing a power of attorney, or assisting with an estate-planning package, my goal is to make the process professional, organized, and as stress-free as possible.

More Than a Notary — A Professional Who Understands the Details

My background extends beyond notarization. Before focusing on my notary business full-time, I worked in supply chain and purchasing, coordinating procurement activities across multiple locations and working with complex processes that demanded organization, accuracy, and accountability.

That experience continues to shape how I approach my work today. I understand the importance of following instructions, reviewing documents carefully, respecting deadlines, communicating clearly, and treating every appointment with professionalism.

I also hold specialized training through the Loan Signing System (LSS) and have developed a particular focus on trust and estate-planning signings.

Specialized in Trusts and Estate Planning

Helping individuals and families with important estate-planning documents is one of the most meaningful parts of my work. These appointments often involve sensitive family matters, important decisions, and documents that deserve patience and care.

My services include appointments involving:

Trust and estate-planning packages
Powers of attorney and related documents
Wills, affidavits, and other documents requiring notarization
Real estate loan documents and loan signings
General notary services for individuals, families, and businesses

I understand that not every signing is the same. I strive to create a comfortable, respectful environment while following Arizona notarial requirements and the instructions provided for each appointment.

Closed Nov. 27–Dec. 9, 2026. After 7 PM, mobile service is for homebound clients only. All others, please visit our Chandler home office.
